NFAR is a home based rescue, situated in Hythe, Hampshire. They are all volunteers, who take in dogs from pounds that are at risk of being put to sleep. Following an assessment, the animals are found foster or forever homes. NFAR also take in cats, the occasional horse/pony and small furies. If a home check is successful, a donation is required, since they operate a non-destruct policy on all healthy animals. NFAR are currently seriously low on funds and due to unforeseen vets bills, if they do not raise much needed funds, they may sadly have to close.
